What's Santa got written down about you this year? See if you're naughty or nice in the archives. Then visit Mrs. Claus' kitchen for some easy-to-make, elf-tested favorites. Take a walk through the toy shop and see what's new (this is a commercial site and you will see some marketing going on, but it is not very heavy-handed). Sing along with the holiday karaoke band, and send some special Santa e-mail. The best fun, though, is on Christmas Eve. Spruced up with a few animations, it is not overdone like so many other Web sites we see these days. It reminded us of the olden days, back in the early `90s when the Net was still a wilderness area. The read-aloud stories all have lessons, the reindeer all pull on the same team, and the cocoa's never hot enough to burn your tongue. Yes, those were the days. We also loved the heirloom recipes in Mrs. Claus' Kitchen and the stories in the Reindeer Barn.
