FamilyClick Internet Filter - Technical Support

In order to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible we offer you several choices for service:


Choice 1:  FamilyClick Internet Filter FAQ's. We have provided answers for simple account questions to complex technical, and service related issues.

Choice 2:  How to use FamilyClick. Information on how to activate the FamilyClick filter, create accounts, set access levels, etc.

Choice 3:  Submit a Site for Review. If you found a site that you believe should be blocked, or one that is and shouldn't be we want to know about it.

Choice 4:  Report Spam. If you believe you are being spammed we want to know about it.

Choice 5:  Request Support.Make a support request describing your question or problem regarding account or technical issues and our Customer Support Department will send you a prompt reply.

Choice 6:  Call us at , Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm ET, our friendly and highly trained staff of professionals are standing by waiting to assist you with any account or technical issues.
