Larry Dantzler, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dantzler most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IFE. Mr. Dantzler served as Chief Financial Officer of IFE since the management-led buyout in 1990 overseeing the financial, information technology, investor relations, and administrative functions of the company.
Mr. Dantzler played a major role in IFE's initial public offering in 1992 and in the placement of over $500 million in senior bank financing. Mr. Dantzler also played a major role in the acquisition and management of MTM Entertainment, and the launch of The Family Channel, UK and its eventual sale to Flextech plc. While at IFE, Mr. Dantzler was the company's primary contact with Wall Street and coordinated IFE's relationship with major stockholders and lending institutions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to joining IFE, Mr. Dantzler held various executive level positions in finance and administration.
