WHAT'S IN AMERICA'S FRIDGE?

Meals.com conducted a survey of more than 1,000 women over the age of 18 to discover the top food items that women keep in their refrigerators and use to prepare dinner.

Here are the winners:

Other common items include steak, ground beef, broccoli and tomatoes. (A few people even owned up to some slightly unusual items such as carrot jelly, worms for fishing, or McDonald's® barbecue sauce packets.)
What can I do with what's in my fridge?

If your fridge is similar to many in America, you can use what's in it to make:

Quick Party Cheese Dip
Classic Quiche Lorraine
Fajitas from the Fridge
Greek Chicken Salad
Chile Corn Pudding
Broiler Chicken Parmesan
Apple Spice Puffy Omelet
Make-It-Fast Broccoli Soup
