This is an outline of the steps necessary to register online for FamilyClick. There are two main processes, registration and download of files. The registration will display in a separate window so that you may refer to these instructions during the process.

You will need to enter the following Product Code while registering, please make a note of it.

• To start the registration process, click Continue below.
• You will be prompted to make FamilyClick your homepage. Click yes.
• There will be a series of screens asking for name, address, etc.
• When you have successfully completed the registration portion you will receive the message, "Congratulations, your account has been created!". Click on finish.
• The file download window will launch.
• When prompted, to "save" or " the file, select this file from its current location. Click OK. Note: The default option is set to "save", you must change it to ".
• The Internet Connection Wizard may pop up with message "warning you are about to change your Internet settings". Click OK.
• The Internet Connection Wizard will display your dial-up account name and password. Be sure to make note of both the account name and password. Click OK.
• You will receive the message, "You are ready to connect to the Internet. To continue, double click the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop." Click OK.
• Registration and download are now complete.
• Close your browser and disconnect from your current Internet Service Provider.
• Connect to FamilyClick by double clicking on the Internet Explorer icon.
